Hottpants thanks its dedicated fans for all the hot(pants) tips. Today, we discovered from one of our best fans that Neighborhoodies makes hotpants with whatever you want (including stars, hearts, and other symbols) on them. You can also get boy-briefs or a thong if you insist. Gothamist has blogged about it, over a year ago. What can we say, here at Hottpants HQ we are a little distracted (by, um, looking at girls in panties) and sometimes important facts like this fall through the cracks.
